Supported Recovery ProgrammeThis award winning programme will assist you in your recovery by helping you to build confidence, motivation and self-esteem. Along with helping you recover we also give Migraine aids to calm you and help ease the pain that most of the time cause by many anxiety and sleepless nights. This will be an overall package of your mental health and of your brain. Essential Skills TrainingThis programme will allow you to build skills in English, Maths and ICT Accredited Training and Education ProgrammesSTEER is an accredited centre for Oxford, Cambridge and RSA (OCR); City and Guilds of London; Curriculum Education Authority (CEA); and Northern Ireland Open College Network (NIOCN), as well as an outreach centre for the North West Regional College and South West College. This allows us to provide you with nationally recognised qualifications in Information Technology, English, Maths and other vocational qualifications. Training for Carers (CREST Programme)STEER have worked with a range of partner organisations to develop a unique training programme that will assist unpaid carers to be effective and efficient in their role.Employment TrainingIf you want to return to work, progress in employment, play an active role in community life or contribute your skills through voluntary work, then this could be the training you need CounsellingSTEER have a team of BACP accredited counsellors who provide one to one counselling and group therapy sessions Independent Advocacy ServicesSTEER can assist you with a range of issues including welfare benefits, housing advice and representation.
